1. The platform
SimCloud is a community platform for sharing, discovering and downloading flight simulation addons (liveries, sceneries, mods, textures and utilities). By creating an account or uploading content you agree to these terms.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of what you create. By uploading, you confirm you are the original creator or have explicit permission to distribute the content, and you grant SimCloud a non-exclusive license to host and distribute it on the platform. Pirated, paid-gated or misleading content is not allowed.
3. Moderation
Uploads and community posts are reviewed (including automated AI review) before publication. We may reject, remove or restrict content that breaks the community guidelines, and suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them.
4. Acceptable use
No malware, spam, harassment, hate speech or attempts to disrupt the service. Downloads are provided as-is, free of charge, without warranty.
5. Liability
SimCloud is provided "as is". We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party addons. Use them at your own risk and always keep backups of your simulator files.
